Alarm signaling.

Reliable VoIP-compatible alarm signal network for legacy monitoring devices, life-safety systems, and central stations.

Millions of monitoring devices were built on legacy TDM or analog telecom networks. Many are failing as carriers upgrade to VoIP. When subscribers and central stations use different telecoms, signals often pass through aggregators that distort quality.

IPtelX built the Alarm Industry Signal Network (AISN) — an enhanced VoIP network that simulates the quality and reliability of legacy networks. Legacy devices stay in service on newer technology, with no aggregator middlemen distorting the signal. In partnership with our affiliate DICE Corporation, we've developed monitoring tools that report originating carrier, tandem switch, and signal configuration in real time.

Decode thousands of concurrent signals across every alarm format the AISN handles.

ii.

Pattern detection & reporting — identify signal failure trends and fix issues at the originating networks.

iii.

Reporting transparency — see the originating carrier, tandem switch, tandem office, and signal format for every alarm.
